How can I book an experience with Grape Essence?
You can do so through our website, email, or available contact channels, always in accordance with the terms and conditions that govern our company.
How to book via the website?
Booking through the website is done by following these steps:
- Select your desired experience.
- Complete the form inside the experience page with the information asked.
- Wait for our contact confirming your booking, and following through with the reservation.
How far in advance should I book the tour?
We encourage you to book as far in advance as possible as our tours fill up quickly. We cannot guarantee availability with requests made with 24 hours’ notice or less.
What are the Reservation and Cancellation?
- For groups up to 6 people, confirmation must be made at least 72 hours in advance.
- For larger groups, confirmation depends on availability.
- A 25% deposit of the total amount is required at the time of booking.
To cancel the service without additional costs, notice must be given at least 72 hours in advance. If cancellation occurs after this period, Grape Essence reserves the right to charge 50% of the total program cost.
