Reservation Conditions & Cancellation Policy
* For groups up to 6 people, confirmation must be made at least 72 hours in advance.
* For larger groups, confirmation depends on availability.
* A 25% deposit of the total amount is required at the time of booking.
To cancel the service without additional costs, notice must be given at least 72 hours in advance. If cancellation occurs after this period, Grape Essence reserves the right to charge 50% of the total transfer cost.
