Payment for the reservation must be made at the time of booking to Grape Essence, unless otherwise indicated. After payment of the reservation, you will receive a confirmation email with all relevant details.

Cancellation more than 30 days in advance: 100% refund. Between 30 and 15 days in advance: 50% refund. Less than 15 days in advance or no-show: no refund. Cancellation or change fees are determined by Grape Essence. All cancellation costs will be paid to Grape Essence.
