Payment Conditions

Payment for the reservation must be made at the time of booking to the company Grape Essence, unless otherwise stated.

Once payment for the reservation has been made, you will receive a confirmation email with all the relevant details.

Cancellation Conditions

• Cancellation more than 30 days in advance: 100% refund.
• Between 30 and 15 days in advance: 50% refund.
• Less than 15 days in advance or no-show: no refund.Cancellation or change fees are determined by Grape Essence. All cancellation costs will be paid to Grape Essence.
